The target stuff is made from cheaper materials (like cotton, polyesters etc) and it can withstand normal washing. The victorias secret is made from silk & more delicate materials and problably cant withstand much normal washer abuse. Get a laundry bag. Its a mesh bag that you throw all your bras and panties in. Wash them all together in this mesh bag. (dont overcrowd it) This keeps all of your stuff together and keeps it from being wrapped around the agitator and being pulled and twisted out of shape. Laundry bag should cost about $2.50. Also.. a lot of Vicky’s panties will reccommend hand washing…. I’d try that too. ( but who has the time for all that). But anyway… i replace all my “everyday” panties about 6 months. My special occasion ones last much longer.
It really depends on how sexy it is. Some bits don’t make it past hello, some linger.
Like you say three months. This is the expected life for underwear, it’s done to keep you buying products.

I hate to tell you, but outside of ther bra’s which are pretty good, Victorias Secrets lingerie is pretty much junk. I have a lot of lingerie that last at least a year, or more.
