What are the right color sunglasses lenses?

I am a softball player, and I need a good pair of sunglasses. The one I have now are good, but basic. The ball is bright yellow, fluorescent. I see some glasses have lenses of blue or yellow-orange. What color would be best to block distractions and focus on the ball? (Some objectives can help you see the blue golf balls, if something like that) Thanks!

  1. Princess Says:

hey try polarized sunglasses http://www.sunglassesuk.com/polarized_sunglasses.asp. Light reflected from surfaces like a ski slope, golf course green or smooth water is generally horizontally polarized. This horizontally polarized light is blocked by the vertically oriented polarizer’s in the lenses. This type of sunglass can be used for driving and in fact can reduce the glare that comes off a long, flat surface such as the hood of the car or the surface of a road. SunglassesUK’s Polarized sunglasses can also be used indoors by light-sensitive people such as those exposed to bright light through windows or by post-cataract surgery patients.

Polarized lenses are made to neutralize the effect of glare. A ‘glare’ is caused when the sun’s shining rays reflect off a solid surface or water. A ‘glare’ is typically horizontally polarized. And the lenses are made of vertical polarizers – so Voila! – They effectively neutralize the villainous glare! Advantages of Polarized Sunglasses: Polarized sunglasses are specially made for reducing the harmful effects of glare and eye-damaging light. And they are a perfect boon, for all your outdoor activities.
